Braulio Amaro Liqueur is a classic Italian digestivo hailing from Bormio in the Valtellina region of the Italian Alps since 1875. This celebrated amaro is renowned for its complex, alpine-driven flavor, rooted in a secret recipe that includes more than 25 hand-picked herbs, roots, and botanicals, such as gentian, peppermint, star anise, and wormwood. The spirit is naturally aged for two years in Slavonian oak barrels, a process that lends a remarkable depth and mellow character. It exhibits a beautiful balance of bittersweet earthiness, refreshing herbal mint, and a slight piney resonance.
