Briottet Crème de Cassis is a premium blackcurrant liqueur renowned for its intensity and depth of flavor. Hailing from Dijon, the historical heartland of Crème de Cassis production in Burgundy, France, this expression is crafted by macerating high-quality blackcurrants (usually the 'Noir de Bourgogne' variety) in fine alcohol before sweetening.
