Briottet Curacao Bleu Liqueur

Briottet Curacao Bleu Liqueur is a premium expression from the renowned French liquor house, Edmond Briottet, celebrated for its vibrant blue hue and authentic citrus flavor. Unlike many industrial blue curaçaos, Briottet crafts this spirit by distilling dried peels of Laraha oranges—a bitter citrus grown exclusively on the island of Curaçao—with a fine beet alcohol base. This meticulous process ensures a pure, complex, and true-to-form orange flavor that is delicately balanced between sweet and bitter. Bottled at 25% ABV, it serves as an essential, high-quality component in classic cocktails that require its signature tropical orange profile and striking color, such as the Blue Lagoon or a premium Blue Margarita. It is highly valued for its natural intensity and smooth finish, providing depth without artificiality.
