Briottet Sapin Liqueur is an authentic French spirit that captures the essence of the fir tree, produced by the esteemed family-run distillery, Edmond Briottet, based in Dijon. This unique liqueur is crafted by infusing young sapin (fir tree) buds and needles, primarily from the Jura Mountains, into fine alcohol. The result is a highly aromatic and complex liqueur, bottled at a moderate ABV. It presents a vibrant green color and offers an intense, resinous aroma reminiscent of a walk through a pristine winter forest. On the palate, the flavor is clean and slightly sweet, dominated by fresh pine, eucalyptus, and subtle earthy notes. It finishes with a refreshing, minty coolness.
