This limited-edition Bushmills Causeway Sauternes Cask 2011 is a cask-finished, cask-strength & non chill-filtered Irish single malt. The Giant's Causeway and the centuries before them served as inspiration. This single malt has been aged for nearly 7 years in a combination of oloroso and bourbon barrels before being completed in Sauternes wine casks for another 2 years.

Tasting notes: Layers of vanilla and honey, with undertones of citrus and toffee apple, follow the signature Bushmills sweet and spicy flavours.
