Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila is a striking and innovative spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, distilled in Jalisco, Mexico. What sets this tequila apart is its vibrant, natural blue color, derived from the butterfly pea flower—an all-natural botanical infusion. This unique ingredient not only gives the tequila its visual appeal but also provides a dynamic sensory experience.
The palate is clean and crisp, balancing sweet cooked agave notes with hints of tropical fruit and white pepper. The fascinating aspect of this tequila is its color change: when mixed with citrus, the pH shift causes the liquid to transition from blue to a soft purple-pink hue. This makes it an ideal, premium base for visually stunning cocktails like Margaritas or Palomas, adding flair without compromising the authentic agave flavor.
