Camus XO Borderies Cognac is a distinguished extra old expression sourced exclusively from the Borderies cru, the smallest and arguably most sought-after growth area in the Cognac region. As a family-owned house, Camus maintains vast holdings in Borderies, lending a signature floral and complex character to this blend. Aged considerably longer than the required minimum for XO status, this Cognac offers remarkable aromatic richness. Expect intense violet and iris floral notes characteristic of the Borderies terroir, beautifully interwoven with deep flavors of vanilla, spice, candied fruits, and toasted nuts, derived from prolonged maturation in seasoned French oak barrels. The palate is exceptionally smooth and velvety, culminating in a long, elegant finish that highlights the unique quality of this single-cru expression.
