Canerock Spiced Rum is a premium Jamaican spirit that blends pot and column still rums, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished with a combination of high-quality spices. The aging takes place in the tropical climate of Jamaica, accelerating the maturation process and imparting rich character. This rum is typically infused with natural spices such as Madagascan vanilla pods, exotic coconut pulp, and a touch of ginger and clove, which complement the inherent funky and full-bodied Jamaican rum profile.
