Caorunn Gin is a modern, premium Scottish gin that stands apart with its unique blend of traditional botanicals and five locally foraged Celtic ingredients: rowan berry, heather, dandelion, bog myrtle, and Coul blush apple. This meticulous distillation process takes place in a unique copper berry chamber at the Balmenach Distillery in Speyside. The resulting gin is clean, crisp, and exceptionally well-balanced. On the nose, it offers vibrant floral and citrus aromas, while the palate delivers a smooth, full-bodied experience with a refreshing, slightly spicy complexity.
