Capel Especial Pisco is a premium Chilean brandy distilled from select wine grapes in the Limarí and Choapa valleys. This transparent pisco is characterized by its high aromatic purity, achieved through meticulous double distillation in copper pot stills. It boasts a distinct, clean profile showcasing bright notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and the subtle intensity of the underlying grape must. Bottled at a standard 40% ABV, Capel Especial is renowned for its smooth mouthfeel and versatility. It serves as an exceptional foundation for classic South American cocktails, most famously the Pisco Sour, where its crisp character truly shines. It is also a delightful spirit to enjoy chilled, allowing its pure grape essence to be fully appreciated.
