This Solera Gran Reserva is traditionally aged for an average of 15 years in former Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Following this extensive maturation, the liquid is briefly rested in barrels that have been lightly toasted with Spanish Holm Oak, imparting subtle, elegant smoky notes—'Nebulis' means 'mist' or 'cloud' in Latin, referencing this gentle, smoky finish. The resulting brandy offers a complex profile of figs, raisins, honeyed caramel, and toasted oak, beautifully accented by a refined hint of smoke.
