Cavit Brusafer Pinot Nero is an exceptional expression crafted in tiny quantities from Cavit's finest hillside vineyards in Trentino, a mountainous region in northeast Italy. This 100% Pinot Nero showcases the potential of the grape in the Vallagarina Valley.
It offers lifted aromas of ripe cherry, red berry, and subtle spice. The palate is beautifully balanced, featuring elegant raspberry and redcurrant fruit, complemented by delicate herbal notes. Supple, velvety tannins are balanced by fresh acidity, leading to a long and fine finish. This wine serves as a superb example of a fine, delicate Italian Pinot Nero and is an excellent match for pasta and risotto dishes.
