Cazcabel Añejo Tequila is a sophisticated expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens and distilled in copper pot stills in Jalisco, Mexico. This premium Añejo is aged for a minimum of twelve months in American oak barrels, a process that imparts a deep amber color and a smooth, refined complexity.
The palate offers rich, harmonious notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and sweet honey, beautifully complemented by the underlying earthy cooked agave. The extended maturation creates a remarkably smooth mouthfeel and a long, warm finish with hints of spice and dark chocolate. This Añejo is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks, allowing its full depth of flavor to be appreciated by the discerning tequila enthusiast.
