Château Du Breuil Vieille Prune is a sophisticated and highly aromatic fruit brandy, or *eau-de-vie de prune*, crafted from distilled plums. While produced by a Calvados house, this spirit is distinct, celebrated for its unique, rich fruit profile. The brandy is distilled in Alsace and then spends approximately six months aging in oak barrels at the Château du Breuil cellars. This brief maturation process results in a delicate gold hue and refines the flavor. The nose is inviting, offering notes of ripe plum, sweet kernel, and subtle fresh almond.
