Château Perron Lalande-de-Pomerol is a distinguished red wine hailing from the prestigious Bordeaux appellation of Lalande-de-Pomerol, situated on the Right Bank. This region neighbors the renowned Pomerol, sharing similar gravel and sand soils which lend structure and elegance to the wines. Typically dominated by Merlot, with Cabernet Franc playing a supporting role, this expression focuses on richness and approachability.
Aged in oak barrels, it presents an inviting nose of ripe red fruits, plum, and subtle vanilla spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied with soft tannins, showcasing flavors of black cherry, dark earth, and a hint of mocha.
