Château Tronquoy-Lalande is a distinguished cru bourgeois estate located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux. It is known for producing wines that offer great value and classic Médoc structure. Sourced from a superb terroir of gravel and clay over limestone, this wine often features a blend dominated by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The resulting wine is characterized by a deep, intense color and a profile rich in dark fruit—blackcurrant, plum—and layers of tobacco, cedar, and mineral notes. With a firm tannic backbone and excellent aging potential, the Saint-Estèphe expresses a balanced power and finesse. It pairs beautifully with rich meat dishes, such as lamb or beef tenderloin.
