Christian Drouin Chichibu Angels Calvados is a truly unique expression resulting from an innovative collaboration, marrying traditional French Calvados production with the distinct aging philosophy of Japan’s Chichibu distillery. This spirit, made from distilled cider, is initially aged in Normandy before being transferred to ex-bourbon casks from Chichibu. This secondary maturation imparts subtle, complex notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and fine oak that complement the Calvados's signature apple and pear profile. The result is a vibrant, balanced, and elegant spirit that showcases a beautiful fusion of terroir and tradition.
