This spirit, made from distilled cider, is initially aged in Normandy before being transferred to ex-bourbon casks from Chichibu. This secondary maturation imparts subtle, complex notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and fine oak that complement the Calvados's signature apple and pear profile.
