Churchill???s Crusted 2015 Port is a non-vintage blend of premium, young Ports that is bottled without filtration, creating a "crust" of natural sediment over time. This style is often considered a traditional alternative to Vintage Port, offering similar depth and structure but at an earlier drinking stage. Sourced from high-quality vineyards in the Douro Valley, the 2015 bottling delivers a vibrant and robust profile. Expect intense dark fruit???like blackberry and plum???backed by firm tannins, notes of dark chocolate, and a warming spice. Unlike Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), Crusted Port requires decanting before serving. Its robust structure makes it perfect for long-term aging, developing greater complexity over a decade.
