Citadelle Gin is a pioneering spirit, credited with reviving the popularity of artisanal gin distillation. Crafted in the Cognac region of France, it boasts a unique profile achieved through the infusion of 19 botanicals, including exotic spices and florals like French juniper, cardamom, nutmeg, and blue cornflower. The spirit undergoes a slow, five-distillation process in small copper pot stills, allowing for precise control over the flavor extraction. This gin presents a delicate yet complex character, leading with vibrant citrus notes and a backbone of classic juniper, followed by a warm, lingering spice.
