Clase Azul San Luis Mezcal is a sophisticated, artisanal spirit crafted exclusively from the wild green agave (Agave potatorum), harvested in the rugged, high-altitude mountains of San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Unlike the more common Espadín mezcals, this unique expression is cooked in traditional stone ovens and milled by hand before fermentation. The resulting mezcal is unaged (Joven), showcasing a crystal-clear appearance and a surprisingly subtle, yet complex profile. On the palate, it delivers delicate notes of green bell pepper, cut grass, damp earth, and a hint of mint, balancing the distinct smoky character typical of mezcal with remarkable elegance.
