Coco Carrot Cake Milk Chocolate

Inspired by the baked "Carrot Cake" this smooth and creamy milk chocolate 40% cacao presents sweetness followed by the texture and comforting flavours reminiscent of carrot and hints of vanilla. Indulgent with crunchiness from dehydrated carrot, this bar has an aftertaste sweet and lingering with echoes of carrot, being a unique treat for every occasion.

Ingredients: Sugar (41%), cocoa butter (23%), cocoa mass (14.5%), milk powder (14.5%), dehydrated carrot preparation  (6.5%), emulsifier: non-gmo soya lecithin (<0.5%), ground cinnamon (<0.5%), natural vanilla flavour (<0.5%). Cocoa solids 40% minimum.

The Design: 

A modern-day master of woodcut printing, Roman Klonek creates bold images, which take in the aesthetics of vintage comics, avant-garde propaganda posters and Eastern European folklore. His colourful narratives blend ancient craft with a pop culture vibe, and are populated by a cast of hybrid creatures, humans and animals. 

Roman was born in Kattowitz, Poland, and later moved to Germany. He has exhibited across Germany, and in Los Angeles, London, Paris and Sao Paulo, among others. He has hosted solo shows in Berlin and Hong Kong, and participated in a group presentation at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Yinchuan, China.
