Codigo 1530 Blanco Tequila is an unaged expression, showcasing the purest form of the 100% Blue Weber agave used in its creation. Sourced from the lowlands of Jalisco, the agave is slow-cooked in traditional stainless steel ovens, fermented using a proprietary yeast, and double-distilled to ensure exceptional clarity and smoothness. This process highlights the natural character of the agave without the influence of aging barrels.
The result is a vibrant, crystal-clear tequila with an approachable yet complex profile. Expect bright notes of sweet cooked agave, subtle citrus, and a hint of earthy minerality, culminating in a clean, crisp finish. This blanco is ideal for sipping neat to appreciate its purity, or as the foundation for high-quality cocktails, where its clean flavor can truly shine.
