Colombo 7 Navy Strength Gin

Colombo 7 Navy Strength Gin is a potent and expertly crafted spirit, bottled at a robust 57% ABV to honor the historical requirement for gin aboard British Navy ships. This expression uses seven botanicals, including Sri Lankan cinnamon bark and curry leaves, which contribute to its unique, complex character. Unlike a traditional London Dry, this gin delivers a rich, savory profile with distinct spice notes that complement the classic juniper core. On the palate, it offers a wave of cardamom, followed by warm cinnamon and a lingering peppery heat. The high proof intensifies these flavors and provides a remarkably full mouthfeel, making it an ideal choice for bold, spirit-forward cocktails where the gin's character needs to shine through. It can also be savored with a high-quality tonic to appreciate its depth.
