Coraz??n A??ejo Tequila is a sophisticated, single-estate expression aged for at least 36 months in American oak barrels. This extensive aging process results in a complex spirit with a medium amber color and an ultra-smooth profile. The nose is inviting, featuring notes of earthy roasted pineapple greens and sweet vanilla, sometimes complemented by a green, forest-like freshness. On the palate, the a??ejo delivers savory and aromatic flavors, including oak, tropical fruit, and spice. Hints of spiced tobacco, charred moss, and coffee can also emerge. This tequila is light in the mouth, yet focused and refined, culminating in a sophisticated finish. It is ideal for sipping neat to fully appreciate its depth.
