Corralejo A??ejo Tequila is a sophisticated expression from one of Mexico's most historic distilleries, Hacienda Corralejo, one of the few to maintain production entirely on its own estate. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, the tequila undergoes a unique fermentation and double distillation process, followed by maturation in American oak barrels for 12 months. This aging imparts a deep, golden amber hue and a remarkably complex flavor profile. Expect inviting aromas of coffee, nuts, and spice, leading to a smooth palate rich with notes of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate.
