Corralejo Blanco Tequila is a premium unaged expression, crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave at Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico. Distinctively, this tequila is distilled using the traditional charentais method—more commonly associated with Cognac production—which contributes to its exceptional smoothness and complex aromatic profile.
This crystal-clear spirit showcases the vibrant, authentic character of the cooked agave, unmasked by barrel aging. On the nose, it offers bright notes of fresh mint, grapefruit zest, and subtle hints of herbaceous earthiness. The palate is clean and crisp, delivering a balance of sweet agave, white pepper, and citrus. Its signature smoothness and full flavor make it a highly respected choice among connoisseurs for both sipping and crafting elevated cocktails.
