Coruba Vintage 2000 Matusalem Rum is an opulent single-vintage Jamaican expression, bottled at 46.2% ABV. The name "Matusalem" evokes a sense of deep history and age, fitting for this complex spirit. After its initial aging, the rum is notably finished in Oloroso Sherry casks sourced from the renowned Gonzalez Byass Bodega. This double maturation results in a densely flavored and medium-bodied profile. The palate is warming and rich, featuring prominent notes of vanilla, dried fruits, and milk chocolate, expertly balanced with the classic Jamaican "funk" of molasses and grilled pineapple.
