Creyente Mezcal is an exceptional blend of two distinct Oaxacan agave spirits, combining expressions from the Tlacolula and Yautepec regions to create a complex and inviting profile. This mezcal is crafted using 100% Espadín agave, which is traditionally slow-roasted in earthen ovens, crushed by a tahona mill, and double-distilled in copper stills.
This meticulous process imparts a delicate balance between smoke and sweetness.
