Del Suelo Espadin Mezcal is a distinctive artisanal spirit crafted from 100% mature Agave Espad??n in Oaxaca, Mexico. The traditional production method begins with the roasting of the agave hearts in earthen pits, which imparts the signature smoky character. Following this, the agave is crushed using a traditional stone tahona wheel and naturally fermented before being double-distilled in copper stills.
