Del Suelo Espadin Mezcal is a distinctive artisanal spirit crafted from 100% mature Agave Espadín in Oaxaca, Mexico. The traditional production method begins with the roasting of the agave hearts in earthen pits, which imparts the signature smoky character. Following this, the agave is crushed using a traditional stone tahona wheel and naturally fermented before being double-distilled in copper stills. This meticulous process results in a complex and well-balanced flavor profile. It delivers a refined smokiness layered with notes of roasted citrus, green herbs, and a subtle earthiness.
