Del Suelo Tobala Mezcal is an exceptional expression crafted from the wild-growing Tobalá agave, often called the "King of Agaves" for its rarity and complex flavor profile. This mezcal is produced in small batches using traditional methods, including roasting the agave in underground pits to impart the characteristic smoky flavor.
