Demarie Barbaresco Riserva is an exceptional, still dry red wine crafted from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from old vines planted in the 1960s in the prestigious Barbaresco DOCG region. This Riserva undergoes a traditional winemaking process featuring long fermentation and maceration to maximize the extraction of its rich character and firm tannins.
Aged for two years in Slavonian oak, this wine develops a translucent tawny shade and presents an intense, ethereal bouquet. Tasting notes reveal a complex profile with flavors of chocolate, black truffle, and gently spiced poached plum, complemented by hints of cinnamon and pepper. With age, the color gains orange hues and the flavor evolves to a dry, caressing elegance, exhibiting extraordinary aristocracy.
