This Riserva undergoes a traditional winemaking process featuring long fermentation and maceration to maximize the extraction of its rich character and firm tannins. Aged for two years in Slavonian oak, this wine develops a translucent tawny shade and presents an intense, ethereal bouquet. Tasting notes reveal a complex profile with flavors of chocolate, black truffle, and gently spiced poached plum, complemented by hints of cinnamon and pepper.
