This wine offers a wonderful introduction to the variety's classic character without the demanding aging requirements of its more famous neighbors. Meticulously crafted by the Demarie family, this Nebbiolo displays a ruby-red color with garnet reflections. The nose is immediately inviting, showcasing concentrated aromas of ripe red cherry, rose petal, and earthy truffle, complemented by a hint of vanilla from brief aging in oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with firm, silky tannins and bright acidity, culminating in a long, sophisticated finish. It pairs beautifully with rich pasta dishes, risotto, or mature cheeses.
