Demonio De Los Andes Quebranta Pisco is an exceptional expression of Peruvian pisco, crafted exclusively from the non-aromatic Quebranta grape variety. This single-varietal distillate is produced in the traditional style of Ica, ensuring a pure and authentic representation of the grape. Distillation is carried out in copper pot stills, maintaining the integrity of the base ingredients, and importantly, the spirit is never aged in wood, nor is water added, preserving its natural intensity and character.
This pisco offers a clean, robust, and full-bodied profile. On the palate, expect savory notes of black olive, white pepper, and dried herbs, balanced by subtle hints of ripe banana and stone fruit. Its structure makes it highly versatile, but it truly shines in the classic Pisco Sour, where its strength and clarity cut through the citrus and egg white beautifully.
