Dictador 12 Years Rum is a superb Colombian rum, produced in Cartagena by the Destilería Colombiana using a unique process involving fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey and molasses. This blend of column and pot still rums is aged for 12 years in a solera system in pre-used oak barrels, ensuring consistency and complexity. This sophisticated rum offers a deep, amber hue and an inviting aroma profile of rich honey, roasted coffee, caramel, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, delivering flavors of cocoa, dark chocolate, and spicy oak, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
