Dolin Blanc is a classic French Vermouth de Chambéry, a protected designation of origin (PDO) which mandates production in the Savoy region of France. Unlike dry vermouths, Dolin Blanc is a rich, clear, sweet style, made from fine wine infused with a precise blend of 30 Alpine herbs and botanicals, with the primary flavor coming from wormwood. Its exceptional clarity and pale straw color distinguish it from Italian sweet vermouths. The process involves a gentle maceration of the herbs and a light sweetening to achieve a beautifully balanced profile. It delivers complex notes of honey, citrus peel, menthol, and delicate floral hints.
