Dolin Rouge Vermouth is the quintessential sweet vermouth from the Chambery region of France, celebrated for its light, fresh, and complex character that distinguishes it from its more heavily spiced Italian counterparts. Crafted in accordance with a recipe dating back to the 19th century, it is produced from fine wine, infused with a blend of 30 to 40 mountain herbs and botanicals, and sweetened with sugar.
This vermouth presents a beautiful amber-red hue and offers a nuanced profile. Expect inviting aromas of dried fruit, prune, cocoa, and a hint of mint. The palate is richly textured yet clean, balancing sweet caramel and vanilla notes with a gentle, herbaceous bitterness.
