B??n??dictine D.O.M. is a legendary French herbal liqueur with a rich history dating back to 1510, when it was allegedly created by Benedictine monks at the Abbey of F??camp. Its recipe is a closely guarded secret, incorporating 27 different herbs and spices from around the world, which are aged and blended over several stages. This complex process results in a sweet, yet balanced flavor profile, featuring notes of honey, citrus, spice (saffron, cinnamon, nutmeg), and a medicinal, herbaceous quality. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is a versatile and distinctive spirit, essential for classic cocktails like the B&B (blended with brandy) and the Singapore Sling.
