Sourced from the esteemed Vau-Ligneau vineyard, this Premier Cru undergoes careful maturation, often incorporating toasty oak, which imparts desirable complexity and texture.
On the nose, the wine presents an appealing duality of ripe, juicy mangoes layered with subtle, elegant oak notes. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied yet retains the classic Chablis tension, showcasing bright acidity that balances the ripe fruit character. This Chardonnay offers exceptional depth and a long, refreshing finish.
