As a VS (Very Special) Calvados, it has been aged for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels, resulting in a spirit that beautifully balances youthful energy with oak influence.

The palate is clean and fruit-forward, featuring notes of honeysuckle, spice, and a subtle hint of savory sawdust from the barrel aging.
