The wine is a testament to sustainable farming and minimal intervention, showcasing a fine, top quality style. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of green apple and expressive citrus. The palate is complex and defined by ripe citrus and pear fruit, complemented by pithy grapefruit notes. Aged on its lees for 5 to 6 months in stainless steel after cool fermentation, this Sancerre retains exceptional freshness.
