Don Fulano A??ejo Tequila is a sophisticated expression crafted by the Fonseca family, using 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco. The agave is harvested at optimal maturity and cooked in traditional masonry ovens before being distilled in copper pot stills. This a??ejo is aged for a minimum of 30 months in new and used French oak barrels, far exceeding the regulatory requirement of one year. This extended maturation imparts a deep, complex flavor profile featuring rich notes of toasted oak, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and baking spices like cinnamon and clove, all beautifully balanced by the underlying sweet agave character. The result is an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied tequila with a luxurious, long finish, perfect for sipping neat to appreciate its depth and craftsmanship.
