Don Fulano Blanco Tequila is an exceptional expression crafted by the Fonseca family, renowned agave growers in the Highlands of Jalisco for over 140 years. This unaged, 100% Blue Weber agave spirit is distilled using a unique blend of pot and column stills, lending it remarkable complexity and balance.
Immediately upon tasting, expect vibrant notes of sweet, cooked agave, balanced by subtle herbal and earthy undertones. Its unique process includes a short rest in stainless steel before bottling, which allows the flavors to integrate, resulting in an ultra-smooth, bright, and slightly peppery finish.
