Don Fulano Fuerte Tequila is a unique, high-proof expression that delivers a robust and authentic taste of the agave. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, this blanco tequila is bottled immediately after distillation without being filtered down to the typical proof, hence the name "Fuerte" (Strong). This allows the pure, intense flavors of the cooked agave, earthy minerality, and vibrant pepper spice to shine through powerfully. It is distilled using a blend of column and pot stills, contributing to its complex and layered profile. The high proof (often around 100 proof or 50% ABV) provides a full body and a long, warming finish. This tequila is ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate the unadulterated strength and deep character of the agave plant. Enjoy it neat or as a powerful foundation for high-end cocktails.
