Doorly's 12 Year Old is a superb aged rum from the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, representing a rich tradition of distillation excellence. This premium expression is a blend of pot and column still rums, matured entirely in ex-Bourbon barrels for a minimum of twelve years in the tropical Barbadian climate. The prolonged aging process imparts a deep mahogany color and a complex, refined flavor profile. Expect inviting aromas of dried fruit, molasses, dark caramel, and toasted oak. On the palate, it delivers a sophisticated balance of butterscotch, vanilla, baking spices (like nutmeg and cinnamon), and a subtle note of dark chocolate.
