Doorly's 3 Years White Rum is a superb example of pot and column still distillation from the esteemed Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Unlike many unaged rums, this expression is carefully matured for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, lending it a subtle complexity and remarkable smoothness. Before bottling, the color is filtered out using charcoal, resulting in a pristine, clear liquid that retains the rich flavor profile gained during aging. The nose offers delicate notes of banana, vanilla, and citrus zest. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with a dry finish that showcases hints of oak and tropical fruit.
