Drumshanbo Gunpowder Dragon Edition Gin is a distinctive limited-release spirit from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim, Ireland, representing a fusion of traditional Irish distillation and exotic Eastern botanicals. This premium Irish gin is slow-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, a meticulous process that ensures exceptional flavor clarity.
The complexity of the gin is derived from its unique selection of oriental botanicals, including Gunpowder Tea, which imparts a savory depth, balanced by traditional elements like juniper, and bright, zesty components such as Chinese lemon and kaffir lime. Other botanicals like angelica, orris, caraway, and cardamom contribute to its intricate and layered profile. Bottled in a stunning, gold-foiled ceramic vessel, this Year of the Dragon Edition offers enthusiasts a collector's item with a bold, aromatic, and uniquely complex taste.
