Egan's Endeavour is a meticulously hand-selected Irish Single Malt Whiskey, crafted for depth and smoothness. This premium expression is non-chill filtered and aged for a minimum of eight years in first-fill American oak bourbon barrels, a maturation process that imparts remarkable character. The result is a complex, delicate whiskey bottled at 46% ABV. On the nose, it delivers inviting aromas of vanilla, rich fudge, and caramel. The palate offers a charming sweetness of honey and smooth vanilla, perfectly balanced by subtle hints of spice and oak. The finish is notably long, gentle, and gains in warmth, showcasing the effort behind this unique release from the award-winning Egan's family. It is best enjoyed neat to savor its layered complexity.
