El Bandarra Blanco Vermouth is a bright, artisanal Spanish aperitivo crafted by the Virgili family, fifth-generation winemakers from the Penedès region. This golden-hued vermouth is made from a base of Macabeo and Xarel·lo white wines, which are macerated with over 40 hand-selected botanicals, including vanilla, cinnamon, and citrus peel. Known for its balanced sweet and bitter profile, El Bandarra Blanco offers a fresh, aromatic experience. It presents complex notes of Mediterranean herbs, fennel, and a distinct touch of vanilla, finishing with a pleasant, lingering bitterness. This versatile vermouth is traditionally served chilled, straight from the fridge, or over ice with a simple splash of soda and an olive twist, making it the perfect pre-meal ritual.
