El Bandarra Rojo Vermouth is a vibrant, authentically Catalan aperitif crafted for pure enjoyment. Produced in Barcelona, this artisanal vermouth is made from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes and then infused with over 50 different aromatic herbs, spices, and botanicals, which macerate for up to two months. It is aged briefly in old oak barrels, giving it a rich, smooth body and a subtle, oxidative complexity characteristic of high-quality Spanish vermouth. This dark, ruby-red spirit offers intense aromas of licorice, clove, and cinnamon, leading to a perfectly balanced palate of sweet caramel, bitter citrus, and a long, herbaceous finish.
