El Dorado Enmore Single Still Rum is a highly prized expression from Demerara Distillers in Guyana, distilled exclusively using the historic wooden Enmore Coffey Still, one of the last of its kind. This unique apparatus imparts a distinct, complex character to the spirit. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate, the rum achieves remarkable depth and maturity. The palate reveals a captivating profile, starting with notes of dark chocolate, rich molasses, and dried tropical fruits like sultanas and figs.
